I have been trying to become more outwardly organized. I say “outwardly” because although my office looked in disarray, I generally knew where everything was. I’ve made progress at work and at home. One thing I have learned is to take one room at a time. Learn how you can become more organized and about the helpful aids available.
Women have unique health issues. January is Cervical Health Awareness Month and we have provided information about a disease that used to be the leading cause of cancer death for women in the United States. It has dropped significantly, but by knowing the risks and taking advantage of screenings available, it is a cancer that can be eradicated.
